What’s the best way to reserve your place on our Course?
The first thing to do once you are ready to book is to make sure you have completed the online booking form.
To guarantee your place on your chosen Futures course, you will be asked for a deposit of CHF 700 at the time of booking for all courses.
How and when do I make the payment ?
The link to make this first payment will be sent to you once the booking form has been competed on our website.
Following this we ask students to make their first payment of CHF 2500 at the latest 16 weeks prior to the start of the course and the final remaining payment 12 weeks prior to the start date of your course.
If you prefer to make one payment in full instead of 2 smaller payments, then we would ask you to make this 16 weeks prior to your course start date.
If you are booking within 12 weeks of the course start date, we will ask for 100% of the course fees to be paid on booking.
Which currency do I pay in?
Our bank account and company is based in Switzerland, so the invoice will normally be sent to you in CHF.
We will send you a payment link and following this please make sure that you make the payment in the same currency as the invoice you have received or payment link specifies.
We have a Swiss bank account with an option to pay in either CHF or GBP. Our course fees are set in Swiss Francs as the majority of our costs and expenses relating to the course are also in Swiss Francs.

What happens if I forget to make a payment?
Don’t panic, we will send you an email reminder with a link to make your payment if we see that you have missed a payment.
The payment system we use is pretty straight forward to use and also charges no fees if you are making an international transfer from a non Swiss account as well.
Can I pay in Cash or Credit Card
Credit cards are not accepted for payment, however cash can be accepted on arrangement. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please Double Check the Payment
Please always double check before you make any transfers (via payment links, mobile apps or online banking website) that you are sending your payment in the correct currency, which matches the invoice you have received.
