COACHING Team

Jon is the Ski School director and after spending 25 years in Verbier (originally from the UK) he still cant believe how lucky we all are to breath this fresh air and be surrounded by these beautiful lakes and mountains.  Jon also plays each week in a local Apres Ski bar with the Breakaways. 

From shredding down slopes since she was three to training the next generation of instructors, Emma brings expertise, and a love of skiing to every lesson. She also works as a national examiner, inspiring skiers of all levels to push their limits and enjoy every run.

Dorian is our Verbier Ski School Manager and has taught in Canada, New Zealand, and Switzerland. He is full of energy, good vibes, and a true passion for helping others fall in love with the mountains. Off the slopes, he’s surfing, camping, or fishing always looking for the next adventure.

Niall combines patience, friendly charm, and has a cheeky sense of humor that instantly puts everyone at ease. After years in London finance, he swapped spreadsheets for slopes, embracing life in the mountains. 

Feddy is an adventurous and passionate ski instructor from Argentina. He specializes in off-piste skiing and has spent years teaching in mountain ranges all around the world. 

Marina is new to our team but has lots of experience. She trains and examines students for their ski exams at level 1, 2 and 3 in the Argentinian system.  She also runs her own indoor climbing centre in Portugal. 

Lillie from the UK and Sweden has many years of experience teaching in Verbier and knows the 4 Vallées inside out. Always focusing on making skiing fun and enjoyable. Her friendly approach and expertise help every student gain confidence and have a great time on the slopes.

Flemming is a versatile coach and National ski examiner with experience teaching in Verbier and in the Austrian Alps. Passionate about the outdoors, he doubles as a mountain bike instructor in summer and loves exploring new places on his bike or sailing the open waters whenever he can.

Alex is a keen skier, mountaineer, climber ski coach and recently a certified mountain guide.  He lives in Chamonix (close to Verbier) , and has taught and coached for Altitude for many years. This year he is helping with the Off-Piste Course.  

Lawrence is from the UK and has taught skiing and snowboarding worldwide since 2008. He holds degrees in sports science and physiotherapy and also works as a national examiner for ski instructors.

Remy is one of the most experienced and highly qualified coaches in Verbier. He now heads up our off-piste programme, delivering expert guidance with a strong focus on technique, safety, and real mountain awareness.

Harry from the UK has been part of the Altitude team for many years, bringing a wealth of experience and a calm, confident coaching style as a national ski examiner and coach. We’re lucky to have him join us as a guest coach in Gstaad this winter.
