We are here to help 💙 - It's been a crazy 2020 so far, with the coronavirus pandemic taking the world by storm and leaving a lot of people uncertain about how the future will look. After the easing of restrictions this summer, there's now growing concern as to whether we will see another winter of lockdowns and travel restrictions if the colder weather brings a second wave of virus cases.

For those who have been thinking about training or working a winter season, or even just going on a ski holiday, it can be difficult to make plans without knowing what things will look like in a few months.

That's why Altitude Futures and our sister company Altitude Ski School have put together a COVID refund policy for all our clients to make sure you can book with confidence, and are not going to be out of pocket if your plans have to change, so...

If you have to cancel your instructor course this winter due to falling ill with COVID-19 prior to the course commencing, or government-imposed travel restrictions prevent you from travelling to resort, you will receive a full refund on your course fees this winter.
