dean wilson - ski instructor verbierkopieSo finally my ski bubble has been burst returning back to the UK, having had a fantastic season out in Verbier.  If you’re seriously thinking about becoming a ski instructor or know someone who is interested in ISIA/ISTD training Altitude is in my opinion the ONLY place to be next season.

The past 10 weeks have been an amazing experience and far surpassed all my expectations.  The Altitude teams were amazing and on a personal level from manager to the coaching team, I am truly thankful for all their guidance, coaching and mentoring throughout the course. Be it from meeting great people, skiing fantastic snow, working alongside incredible instructors, and not to mention having some amazing nights out.

My level 3 (ISIA) has always been a goal for me since completing my CSIA level 2 in 2013 in Canada. I worked 3 seasons in Canada and then decided to bring it closer to home. Choosing to do the Altitude ISIA course turned out to be the perfect decision for me as it helped me not only transition to the BASI system but also train and make huge improvements in my own skiing bringing me closer to my level 3.

The Altitude coaches were really helpful and their different teaching styles helped me to improve my personal skiing level.

Meeting Jon on the lift he got me thinking ahead for the following season, so I started to look into my future with Altitude and booked on to train for my ISIA.
