Verbier Town
Verbier is home to the first ever Altitude Futures Gap Course and offers the very best in Alpine Charm. However, don't be fooled into thinking this is a quiet town. The nightlife and après ski is truly difficult to beat! The fun starts at the 1936 bar on the mountain; this is a great place to relax in the sun after a hard day of skiing or snowboarding. The Farinet (Altitude Partner) is located in the centre of town and is the venue for live bands and extreme après ski. This is a lively bar for those happy to dance the evening away in ski/board boots, but be warned you may be required to dance on the bar, or even perform a stage dive! In Verbier, you can expect to ski hard by day and party hard by night!
Xtreme
Verbier is renowned for its extreme skiing competitions and hosts the famous, O’Neil Xtreme Freeride Contest.
Due to the extreme nature and difficulty of this event, only the very best riders are selected, including our Snowboard Director Andre Sommer, to ride on the Bec des Rosses. The O’Neil Xtreme is an amazing freeride event which offers Verbier skiers the opportunity to witness firsthand some of the best skiers and riders performing in probably the most extreme Ski/Snowboard Competition in the World.
