A few months after the end of our ski instructor courses of 2013-2014 we can look back on a very successful season with our trainees. With a 100% pass rate on the Gap Ski Instructor Course and another high pass rate on the ISIA & L4 courses we are proud to conclude that our training program is preparing students at the right level. However, even more importantly we value the enjoyment of our students and the friendships they have formed during their courses.
At the end of the course we conducted a customer survey so students could give us feedback on how to develop our future courses. At Altitude, feedback is very important to us and allows us to continuously develop and to reach our goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Everyone provided us with their positive and negative feedback and as a result we can proudly conclude that all of our students would recommend our training courses to their friends.
To finish our research we asked the students to summarise their course in 3 words. Below is the result and we were happy to see that the most important word for all students was the word FRIENDS, the students of the Altitude Futures Ski Instructor Courses made friends forever!
